I know we have a fave book thread but I'd kinda like to have a fave moment one too. You can metion as many moments or quotes as you want purely because I could never narrow it down to one! And no doubt I'll add more to my list when I have more time but for now here are two of my faves:
When Ty and Amy finally get together at the end of 'One Day You'll Know'
When Ty's still recovering after his coma and Ben is helping him clean the saddle. Small simple scene but I just really liked it!

I really like all the scenes with Amy and Ty, when they are dating. Like when they kiss in the store in the 9th book, that made me laugh. Or when Ty gave her the ring in the 20th. So just about all of them  I also really like all the stuff with the horses, like Join Up (which is really cool to do) and all that. Sometimes when i had free time, i would go and look for all the moments of the two of them in all of the books, took a long time. |

YES! I love when they kiss in the 9th book! Absolutly adorable! One of my favorite moments, but mostly because its Ty and Amy in love...which, undoubtly, makes the world go round!

i really love the first part of the first book where amy watches her mom do join up. it seems really special cause it's one of the rare moments with marion.

I was waiting for that kiss the whloe book! I was sooooo gutted when they were interupted by the phone on Ty's birthday, it was so sweet between them up till that point!

I know, i was so sure they were going to kiss at the end of the 4th book. And yeah i was waiting for it, and i saw it coming from the party at Ashley's, and i was also upset that they got interupted then too.

Hmmm...favorite moments...this is actually one of those things that, for me, has an order!
1. Anything with Amy and Ty in One Day You'll Know. The dance, Ty's birthday, and of course the ending. It gives me chills every time I read it, no matter how many times I've read it.
2. When Ty gives Amy the Claddagh ring in Always There. When I first read it, I was like, "OMG he's proposing!!!" which would have been great but unrealistic, LOL, because Amy was only 17. But I love the dialogue in that whole scene, and it's just a great moment.
3. After Amy joins up with Fanfare in Always There, and she and Ty rub him down and Ty says, "I wish you weren't leaving" and he almost cries!! And that made me almost cry!!! *sigh* I'm such a dork.
4. I actually like it in Taking Chances when Ty yells at Ben...don't know why. It's just interesting to see him mad for a change.
5. In the first book, when Lauren Brooke first hints that they like each other...you know what I mean.
6. "I always trust you..."
7. Kissing in Safeway...yeah, that was great. And I find Matt's comment about that really funny - "Really? I heard you were loitering in aisle 10 at Safeway." And Ashley's - "So, there's romance budding under the detergent." Actually, that was the best part of the book...the rest of it I found sort of boring/confusing.
8. I like all of Darkest Hour...the angst, the regret, the waiting. Good stuff.
9. Anything with Dazzle. I love mustangs...enough said!
10. The description of Daybreak at the beginning of One Day You'll Know. I think that's one of the most beautiful descriptions of a horse that I've ever read.
I'll post more if I think of them!

I love and agree with pretty much all of your comments there Rainpaint. And you're not a dork for getting teary when you read that bit of Always There, I do to! lol. I really like the bit where Ty yells at Ben in Taking Chances too. Something to do with him being willing and able to yell at some one and when he feels they deserve it, when normally he's a quiet and calm guy even if he's mad he does't tend to yell but there he did. Really like it!

Yeah i also agree with those moments. I really need to read the first 20 books again! I have not read them in over a year!!
I loved the kissing in Safeway part also, i was laughing so hard. And i almost cried at that part to, so sweet!
I think i am going to spend this weekend finding those books, right now the only Heartland books i have are Always there, Bth, and the new one. I want them back so i can go though them and re-read all the sweet parts with them.

I'd love to reread them all right now too, but all my books are packed up in boxes in various places in my house while I'm painting my room. Sigh.
