So I've been prowling around the UK Amazon.com and noticed that in April 2009, the first five or six Heartland books are coming out with new covers on them. *shrugs* Not very interesting, but any thoughts?

Oh yeah, I saw them too. My few comments on them: I'm glad I have the 'old' covers because I think they're much nicer. Two, I have no problem if any future books have the same style covers cause they then won't look like real Heartland books. It would only be a problem if a future book turned out ok, and lets face it, highly unlikely. lol thats about it.

Man, that is a bummer. I've just had a closer look on Amazon at some of the new covers, they really aren't even close to as nice as the original ones. And also, the guys on the front aren't cute at all lol.

I had 7 of the new covers and 3 of the old. It really annoyed me that I couldn't get all of the old covers, but I managed to buy all 20 books from the magazine that we had at my school. They also had all the old covers.  I was so happy because the old covers are so much better, lol. |
