The Nature of Jade is a story about a girl who figures out her place in the world by comparing human psychology to animal behavior. Of course, there is also a bit of romance in the mix. Its quite interesting, and I recommend it to everyone. I recently purchased it for my friend for her birthday, and she LOVED it.

It sounds good, but its another one thats only out in the States. I'll have to have a look for it when I'm over in the summer.

I'm only about 1/2 way through at the mo but I can barely put it down, its fantastic!! Like Jade I know what its like to have an illness that can control your life if you let it. So its really interesting to read how she deals with it. Anyway, I'll post more on it once I've finished it, I'm going back to it right now!

I;ve finished it ow and I love it even more!! Such an awesome book. Thanks for recommending it Audrey. I don't want to say too much about it because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it and is thinking about reading it. It is now one of my fave books, I love how it all turns out and how Jade learns new stuff through the animals and the people around her. Great book.

Mine too! I'm reading one of the autors other books right now, 'Wild Roses' I'm hooked on it too! I'm gonna go look for her other books later today as I can't get them in the UK.

I read Wild Roses but I didnt get into it before it was time to return it to the library. I loved Honey, Baby, Sweetheart, but not nearly as much as The Nature of Jade. Im glad to hear you are enjoying the book though.

Yeah I've only got a couple chapters to go and I love it. I prefer The Nature of Jade but it is very good! I'm hoping to get Honey, Baby, Sweetheart before I go home but they didn't have it in Borders when I went in yesterday sadly.
