Lol. Ah cabin fever, my old enemy! Sadly I am not well enough to feel that right now. But I wish I was because that would be an improvement!! lol. I hope you're feeling better Audrey and are back in the barn.
...went to the doctors. Was told its just a virus and antibiotics won't help. But that I may well be ill for quite a while cause I'm so run down, so my body is struggling to fight off the bugs and keeps picking up new ones. Thats it really!

Late last night I went for a drive cause I wass upset and didn't wanna be a home and ended up driving by the field where the ponies from the yard I used to ride at are housed and I stopped and got out to see if I could see them (it was dark) and they were pretty close to the gate and when I called them they all came over to say hi! That put a smile back on my face for the rest of the night! Ponies and horses always cheer me up very quickly.
...have done nothing again, I'm still sick.

Sounds like you're about where I am Eaty. I'm helping at groups twice a week (and have to run one of them tonight cause the full time team are all away!) but I'm struggling with quite a lot of stuff right now too and haven't been posting a lot on here cause of it too. I hope things improve for you soon eaty! And thanks, I'm actually starting to improve now, a little anyway, so hopefully I can get all the way better soon.
...have been shopping. Have to run the 14-18's cafe in a little while, which will be interesting! I have led it before, once, two weeks ago and it was a really quite night so it was fine, but I don't know if it will be tonight so finigers crossed it goes well! By quite I mean between 15 and 20 teens, but if its a busy night, it could be as many as 45 or 50 teens!!

Oh thats not good!! I've been in almost that exact position before, except the splinter was in my hand not my foot, and I totally freaked out about it! We did eventually get it out the day after it went in, but it wasn't very nice.
...have just gotten up (its about 8.10am right now) and I have to go to the doctors and dentist today. Sigh. I don't mind the doctors really, but I do mind going to the dentist, its just a check up, but I still hate going!!

Thankfully i got it out by myself last night, took me two hours and i got it all the way out at 2am. So i don't have to go to a doctor, but it looks like it might get infected so i am taking good care of it.
...stayed up till 3:30, then got up late. Then mostly hung out at home then had to go to the store. And i invited a friend over this weekend so i have to clean my room. Very boring day, but i did have a great time talking to a few friends online.

Youth groups sound like so much fun! I wish I could do something like that, but Im afraid I just dont have the time. Ive been sick in and out lately, so its really setting me back. I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving! My sister came home from college and brought her boyfriend and my brothers came over and stayed for a few days and my dad came home and was hardly on his cell phone the entire week and it was great to see our family back together again. I did quite a bit of riding and ate a lot of turkey. Im glad things have gone back to normal though - everything was getting crazy with so many people!

Lol, sounds really great!! Thanksgiving isn't something celebrated here in the UK, so I did nothing! Lol. Sorry you've been so ill lately Audrey, I know how rubbish it is, trust me! But I hope you're doing better now and you manage to stay well over Christmas. And great to hear from you by the way!!
...have been on the net a lot, sorting books out and erm, thats about it!!

weird a lot of people i know are sick lately. Thankfully i am not yet, Audrey get better soon!!, and Cem i am sorry to hear things are not gonig so well for you either. And my thanksgiving was boring, hung out in the morning then went up to my grandparents place for dinner and hung out there for a while then came home. I swear my weeks lately are like a roller coaster, i am so happy on the week ends then as soon as it is the middle of the week something gets me down.
...slept last, then hung out in the afternoon on my computer, had a friend of my family (he is my mom's boss, and my teacher for he last 7 years and a close friend) show up in the afternoon and that was interesting. Then i went to this program i help out with and that was something. And we have snow! it is a storm out there it is nice.

Cool wish we had snow here! We did get a pretty nasty hail storm a couple days ago, but thats it.
I was really sad yesterday cause my sister came in in the evening and said she'd been horse riding. She'd got got spend about an hour and a half with horses. I haven't been riding in about 6 months, and now I'm not well enough to drive to where I ride, have a lesson and drive back. And there is nowhere I can go to just spend some time with horses. I've been struggling with that a lot lately! My sister said lasst night that she would try and arrange something with her friends, friend (who has the horses that she was with) and I said I'd really love that, but I wasn't sure anything would actually come of it, I figured my sis would probably forget about it. But she didn't! Today she asked her friend about it and she said she'd set something up with her friend!! So fingers crossed I get to go and see and maybe ride too, next week!!!! Wooo!!!!
Sorry, I am practically jumping up and down about it!! I've seen pics of one of the horses and she is georgous! She's a tri coloured cob, and for those of you who don't know, I always adore coloured cobs!
Tonight I am going to the prep session for the youth service my church youth group is doing on Sunday, which is always a good time, so looking forward to that.
All in all a better day today!
